Originally from the Italian Marche region, Milanese by adoption, she lives and works in Milan where she writes about Food and Wine. After completing the Classical Lyceum, she obtained a law degree from the University of Milan, and completed the AIS [Associazione Italiana Sommelier] training courses for Sommeliers and Official Tasters as well as a Master’s in Marketing of Fine Foods and Beverages at Bocconi University. The skills gained in the tasting group of the AIS Guides and a two-year period in Identità Golose, the International Chef Congress, in specific contact with chefs at congresses, have led her to work as an editor for wine and food company websites, specialized magazines and on series from publishing houses in the sector.
